Free shuttle bus from Feval car park

To make it easier for you to get to the show, a free shuttle bus is available on performance evenings, upon presentation of your ticket.

It allows you to reach the venue more easily before your show, and then return to the car park after the performance.

The shuttle runs between the Feval car park and Saint-Servan, near the Église Sainte-Croix (departures at 6:00 pm and 6:20 pm for the 7:00 pm show, then at 8:10 pm and 8:45 pm for the 9:30 pm show).

Return shuttles are provided at the end of each performance.

The shuttle service works up until August 16th included.

What are the different pricing options?

Reduced rates and a Family Pass are available, subject to availability in the Silver category.

• Gold category: from €35* Located in the center of the church, the Gold category offers a privileged view of the entire show: projections, lighting, live scenes, and the architecture of the venue. It's the ideal category for an excellent balance between immersion and overall view. Benefits: numbered seating, enhanced comfort and immersion.
• Silver category: from €14.50* Located in front of and behind the Gold category, the Silver category lets you enjoy the show either up close or with more distance, depending on the available spot.
• Family Pass bonus: an advantageous rate for the whole family (4 to 6 people) with reserved seating (seated together).
• Wheelchair user and companion: €20* Spaces reserved for wheelchair users and their companion, subject to availability.

*Excluding possible ticketing and/or booking fees.

To be among the first to enter the venue and choose your seats, an early access option is available, limited to 50 people per show, 10 minutes before doors open.

Are prices fixed?

Prices vary depending on the booking date and availability. To get the best prices, we recommend booking as early as possible. The applicable price is the one displayed at the time your order is confirmed.

Is admission free for children?

No, admission is paid for all children. However, they benefit from a special preferential rate up to and including age 17 (reduced rate).

What is the "early access" option?

The "early access" option (+€3 per ticket*) lets you be among the first to enter the venue and choose your seats, limited to 50 people per show, 10 minutes before general doors open.
Option available only when purchasing tickets online (not available through the Ticketmaster network)
Every member of a group must have the option in order to enter together
Do I need to print my ticket?
There's no need to print your ticket. You can simply show the PDF document at the entrance for our volunteers to scan.

Can I cancel or change my booking?

• Cancellation: in accordance with Article L.221-28, paragraph 12 of the French Consumer Code, tickets are neither taken back nor refunded.
• Cancellation insurance: offered at the time of purchase, it covers cases where you are unable to attend the show (100% refund with supporting documents, 70% without). View the contract terms.
• Ticket transfer: you may give your ticket to another person, except for reduced-rate tickets (proof of eligibility required, name-specific).

I can't find my ticket. What can I do?

You will receive your ticket as a PDF by email after purchase. You can find it at any time by checking that email again.
If you've unfortunately deleted this email, you can retrieve it by following the procedure explained here.

When do the doors open?

About 25 minutes before the show starts
About 35 minutes for spectators with the "early access" option. A dedicated entrance gives you access to the church through a reserved entryway. This entrance opens 10 minutes before the general doors open.
Are the seats seated or standing?
Seating is provided (church chairs). 3 spaces are also reserved for wheelchair users, along with 3 seats for their companions (1 per wheelchair user).

How is seating arranged in the venue?

Numbered seating for the Gold category, with reserved seats, enhanced comfort, and immersion.

Free seating in the Silver category — seats are assigned by our volunteers on a first-come, first-served basis, depending on availability (except for Family Pass holders, who are seated together in front of the stage). To be among the first to enter the venue and choose your seats, an early access option is available, limited to 50 people per show, 10 minutes before doors open.

What happens if I'm late?

To preserve the immersive experience and comfort for everyone, the doors close once the show begins.
If you arrive late, access may be granted at the discretion of our ushers, and only if easily accessible seats are available.
Otherwise, please note that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Is the church accessible to people with reduced mobility?

Yes. An entrance adapted for people with reduced mobility, and particularly for wheelchair users, is available (the entrance furthest to the left when facing the church, on rue Jeanne Jugan).

To ensure the best possible welcome, specific spaces are reserved for people who use a wheelchair exclusively and cannot transfer out of it.

It is therefore essential to book a "Wheelchair user" ticket at the time of purchase. Without this ticket, and if all dedicated spaces are already taken, we unfortunately will not be able to accommodate you under good conditions.

During booking, a seat for a companion is also offered as an option, so that you can be seated side by side.

Is the stage raised?

Yes, the stage is raised to ensure good visibility for all spectators, even from the back of the church. Booster seats are also available for children.

Are there restrooms on site?

No. There are no accessible restrooms inside the church. Please make arrangements before coming to the show. As a reminder, once you leave, you cannot re-enter.

Is there a cloakroom on site?

No, there is no cloakroom available on site. Please avoid bringing unnecessary items and come with only the essentials. If any items are confiscated by our security team at the entrance, they can be collected upon exit (e.g., umbrellas, helmets, suitcases, etc.)

Can I bring a stroller?

For safety reasons and due to limited space to accommodate them, strollers are not permitted inside the church. In addition, the show is recommended for ages 6 and up: below this age, children may be bothered by the volume of sound, the prolonged darkness, and the need to stay seated and focused for 1 hour 20 minutes.

Are animals allowed in the church?

No, animals are not permitted (except guide dogs).

Can food and drinks be consumed during the performances?

No, all food and drinks (except for medical necessity) are prohibited inside the building.

Photos and videos are allowed, but without flash and provided you don't disturb those around you. However, cameras and cameras with telephoto lenses are prohibited.

Out of respect for the artists and other spectators, you will be asked to switch your phones to airplane mode.

Finally, any professional filming must be requested in writing from the production team, who will decide whether or not to approve it.

Is there a security check?

At the entrance, a visual inspection of bags and belongings may be carried out. Entry may be refused in the event of non-compliance with these guidelines.

What items are prohibited?

For safety reasons, certain items are strictly prohibited inside the performance venue (including but not limited to weapons of any kind, blunt objects, explosives, flammable substances, glass bottles, alcoholic beverages, large bags, umbrellas, strollers, etc.).

If a dangerous item or one resembling a weapon is presented, entry will be refused and law enforcement will be immediately notified. Private security agents are not authorized to confiscate or hold onto such items.

If a prohibited but non-dangerous item is presented (for example: an umbrella, a suitcase, a bottle, etc.), it may be confiscated and held at a storage point if you are unable to keep it outside the event venue.

The organizer accepts no liability for the loss, theft, damage, or voluntary abandonment of prohibited items left outside the event venue or held at the storage point.
